1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdpin ("phdpin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdpin website located at phdpin.com and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a phdpin account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdpin, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your phdpin account.

phdpin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a phdpin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. phdpin strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phdpin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by phdpin or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

phdpin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to phdpin's satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) phdpin account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. phdpin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdpin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phdpin account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

phdpin implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or higher transaction limits are granted. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phdpin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. phdpin aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

phdpin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where phdpin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Funds deposited into your phdpin account are held for gaming purposes only. phdpin does not pay interest on player account balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phdpin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your phdpin account in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• phdpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phdpin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, phdpin will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and the wager refunded to your phdpin account. phdpin's decision in such matters is final.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over phdpin or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and card-counting software. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdpin Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdpin staff or other players.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

phdpin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

phdpin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your phdpin account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, phdpin strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing your phdpin account for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phdpin complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Players who are 21 years of age or older are permitted to use the Platform. phdpin does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdpin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phdpin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without phdpin's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdpin, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdpin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdpin account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdpin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

phdpin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdpin implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and segregated data storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phdpin cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

phdpin will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the Platform's services (such as payment processing and KYC verification), as required by applicable law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments

phdpin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phdpin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your phdpin account. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your phdpin account by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in the Philippines.
